A static method of a static class is not available——VsShellUtilities.ShowToolsOptionsPage

Question

the Namespace is Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell
and I use VS2019,CLR is .NET Framework 4.6/4.7.2
My colleague can't use this method either

Hi @sigger ,
I tested the new project in VS2019 with the .NET Framework 4.7.2 and found no problems.
Can you elaborate on how it doesn't work? Do you have specific error messages?
