How can Microsoft partner with ONVue for their proctoring exams?

Question

So far i've had a terrible experience with them. +45 minute queue followed by check-in app shut down and can't try to relog since its after my appointment time.

Their support contact is a bot that after filling the information required to contact you there is no contact either.

Is Microsoft monitoring these issues? Are there any evaluation/reevaluation of PersonVUE from Microsoft as a partner?

Feels disappointing honestly.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling / vouchers in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
