Why can't members see their team in MS Teams after 4 hours

Background:

We are a training company and conduct our remote/online trainings via MS-Teams. Every morning at 5 a.m. we fill our existing teams with our participants. Since the synchronization, as mentioned in other questions, can take up to 2 hours.
The trainings start at 9 a.m.
Every evening at 6 p.m. , the participants are removed from the teams. The cycle is repeated for each day.
We have our own edu tenant for our delivery.

Process:

We have an automatic script written in C# that runs at 5am. It uses the MS Graph API to check, book and remove the participants.
To add the participants to their teams, we use this ( https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/group-post-members?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http) API call. Since there are usually almost 100 participants, we send them in blocks of 20 as in example 2.

Problem:

Recently we have received complaints from about 20% of our participants that they cannot see their team in MS teams.
They sign in around 9am and are guided through MS teams to find their teams. But sometimes they cannot see their teams.

The logs of the script, Azure AD and the MS Team client show that the participants are added as members successfuly.

So we have no idea why 20% of our participants cannot see their teams.
We hope that someone has an idea why this is happening.

Current workaround:

If we have such a participant who cannot see his team. We manually remove the participant and manually add him back. This is currently working.

Are users with this problem fixed or random?

Do these users have the same issue when they logging in Teams web client?

Can other users see these 20% of users in Team?

If you have the permission of Teams channel, you can try to change this part of people from member to owner to see if the issue can be solved.

In addition, we recommend that these users clean up the Teams client cache. Sometimes cache problems may cause some abnormal issue in the Teams client.
