Microsoft Teams Rooms / no image output from the camera

I have problems with version 4.13.132.0 I have 5 meeting rooms with this version and the problem is that when they start a meeting internally the participants are not displayed, but those who are joined externally to the meeting if they see those who are in the meeting room (face to face).

    Hello and thank you very much for your prompt reply.
    Yes coincidentally all the meeting rooms (05) have this version of MTR, the video and audio equipment are Logitech (meetup and rally bar).
    I have tested with your Logitech tester and if the cameras work (video).

    Besides I validated with other equipment the updates of the windows and they do not imply anything with the Logitech equipment, so from my point of view it is with the version of the app MTR. I hope you can help me to solve this incident, greetings.
