We recently joined our domain to a new 365 tenant.
Ever since changing tenants, any access our internal users were given to external 365 services from other orgs such as any sharepoint sites has been removed. It says the users email does not exist in the directory.
Its like there are now personal and work accounts associated to the same email address and they are causing conflicts!
Does anyone know the fix for this?
Thanks
That is currently not enabled. We are having issues accessing other orgs sharepoint sites since joining 365 not them accessing ours as we currently dont have any?
I was able to get one of my users access again but I had to have the other organization delete her guest account out of their azure and re-invite her as an external user. Which can be somewhat difficult since its entirely out of my hands.
Is that the only way forward getting this fixed or is there anything I can do on my end?
Hi @Zachary Woodworth ,
Yes, if you want to access again, you had to have the other organization delete her guest account out of their azure and re-invite her as an external user.
