Need help for restoring those guest account users deleted. i am getting error white restoring it.

thanks for your response. But this is not domain account, it is external account or guest user account created in azure.
Have you tried performing the operation from another endpoint? The M365 admin center also allows you to recover users, and so does PowerShell.
yes i try it also from ofc365 perspective but i got this error below.
Interesting, both the Azure AD and M365 admin center UI seem to work fine here. I had to refresh multiple times to get the status properly reflected in the Azure AD blade, so I wouldn't say it's a great experience, but it does work for me. So I'm guessing there might be some service issue that affects your tenant.
Just in case, try using the Restore-MsolUser cmdlet?

Can you please check if the user you are trying to restore is part of Sync and to confirm make sure that directory synchronization filtering (scoping) is set in such a way that the scope includes the objects that you want to recover.
