According to the error information, it is recommended to check the related service:

WSUS server side:

Related picture:
In addition, it is recommended to check whether the WSUS is healthy or not. We could refer to the following steps to make sure:
Open the CMD as administrator on the WSUS server and navigate to the wsusutil.exe tool. the wsusutil.exe tool is as the following location:
C:\Program Files\Update Services\Tools
Then we could enter the following command:
wsusutil.exe checkhealth
We could check the result on the Event Viewer.
