Hello,

Please i have a colleague who reported this issue to us.

Our Guest account in ABCD.onmicrosoft.com tenant, we granted Teams Administrator role to guest account.

But Guest can access Teams PowerShell using -TenantId option but cannot access Teams Admin Center - message is as follows:

You don't have access to the Teams admin center.

The account credentials you used to sign in aren't authorized to access this website. Make sure you're using the right account and that you have correct permissions. Learn more

Also we found this M365 Microsoft Education article here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/education/deploy/design-multi-tenant-architecture

Under the ‘Centralized administration of multiple tenants’ section, I note that Teams Service Administrator is not listed in the roles that may be assigned to B2B accounts?

I suspect this may be the underlying issue – it simply isn’t possible at present.

    Hi @IniobongNkanga-8038

I did a test and it seems guest user cannot access Teams admin center. As a workaround, we recommend you create an account for the user and assign a license for him to access the admin.
