Unable to see asure certificate to my account

Hello Team,
I have completed Azure fundamental exam in last November2021. But now I am unable to see any certification on my account.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)

    Hi anonymous user-4624 , as @Dave Patrick said, please repost on those forums. However there are a few steps you could take first to try to fix this. From here:

    1. Make sure to use an up-to-date browser. (e.g. Edge)
    2. Clear cache and cookies and make sure you check Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.
    3. On the Delete Browsing History window, make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.
    4. Allow all third party cookies through the browser settings.
    5. Please make sure that you have the latest version of the Edge browser or Internet explorer.
