You could create Tabs and choose Document Library as an app in the General channel (or create some channel called Doctor Information for example).
You will need to grant those guest accounts access to the other team's SharePoint sites (read access) [you could create a group for guest doctors and just add the group with read-only access to the SharePoint sites]. Then they will be able to click through the different Tabs on the team channel and view the information in one place.
