Can anyone explain the differences for the different Values for -AccessRights parameter in the Add-MailboxPermission cmdlet in Exchange Powershell? FullAccess makes sense and I can assume some others but I am unclear on what exactly each one actually allows and it is not specified in MS Docs: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/exchange/add-mailboxpermission?view=exchange-ps

-AccessRights
The AccessRights parameter specifies the permission that you want to add for the user on the mailbox. Valid values are:

ChangeOwner
ChangePermission
DeleteItem
ExternalAccount
FullAccess
ReadPermission
