We accidentally deleted an administrator account on a Windows 10 computer. The admin user's files were also deleted. Is there any way to get the files back (c:\users\name)? Thanks very much for any help you can offer. John

You can always try check the Recycle Bin, Restore Points, Windows backup - if available.
If those aren't options and the folder was shift-deleted, pull the hard drive and connect it with a USB adapter to another PC. You'll need a 3rd party recovery program like Recuva or EaseUS to restore the folder and contents.
Microsoft has also released a recovery tool in the App store for Win 10 2004:

If you deleted admin account and admin account user profile at the same, thing will be difficult.
Check recycle bin for a chance.
Or restore system to a previous time point which admin account still exist.
