I lost all out IOT devices on the IOTHub I get the following error when I try to see all the devices
"Unable to retrieve devices. Please ensure your network connection is online and networking settings allow connections from your IP address."
Any ideas?

We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused in this matter. Were you able to access the devices earlier?
Could you please confirm if this is a transient error or still exists? Any screenshot showing the error would be great in this matter.
Also, do share details like which region, what tier of IoTHub, number of Devices count for further assistance.

Have you tried to retrieve the device list with Azure CLI, via REST API, Azure IoT Hub Service SDK or in the Azure Portal?
Can you obtain other information for the specific IoT Hub instance?

@Carlos P the screens indicate that all devices are disconnected. If you can provide more information, it would help to investigate the root cause.
I Get the following error when I try to run the AZ CLI command to list the devices : 
I can access the long inly until 8/1 after that there is not log..
Here where we see the error on the network
The Azure CLI response seems strange to me. If the hub name does not exist, it should return a different message.
What does az iot hub list return? It should be an array of your existing IoT Hub instances and their configurations.
Feel free to post the results for your IoT Hub AFTER removing sensitive data.

Can you check if you have permissions on IOt HUB
one more thing you can check is networking of IOt HUb ,check if your ip is whitelisted if IOt-Hub is accessible from selected ip addresses.
