Copy Activity Taking Longer Time

Question

Hi,
My aim is to move data from on-premise DB to blob storage, for that I'm using the Copy Activity. But the operation is taking long time. For e.g. A table contains approx. 1,44,000 rows and the copy activity is taking 14mins. to complete. Is there a way to reduce the time for this activity or any alternate faster way to do it.
