SCCM Console Extensions not showting

I have installed serveral extensions from de community hub perhaps when I click on console extensions to approved it , is not there.

the only extension I got there is the WebView2

I went to site, Hierarchy settings and check Hierachy approved using and uncheck Only allow console extension approved by hierachy

    May we know what extension have you downloaded? And what's the version of SCCM are you using?
    Have we tried to restart the console after we download it?
