Unable to load designer in VS 2022 after using upgrade-assistant

Hi,
I recently utilized the upgrade-assistant to migrate from .NET framework 4.8 to .NET 6.0. Everything went smoothly. However, I am unable to load into the form designer on my forms. I have Googled the error and have read countless articles but I am unable to find a resolution within my project.
Are you able to assist me?

Please check if there are items with the same name in this form.
Hello, I’ve check the code on the form and even the designer. There are no duplicate items. Also, I created a brand new blank form and received the same exact error.
I welcome any other suggestions.

Check if different versions of the same package are referenced.
Did you also create a new project before checking the designer?
Also make sure that you have the latest updates using Check for Updates from Help menu.
