Error in the Pearson Vue platform to register for the certification exam.

Hello,

during the registration on the Pearson Vue platform I got two errors in the exam I had to take today 26th August.
After these two errors I have not had time to access the exam and it has disappeared from the list. Even so, the second attempt to register was before the start time of the exam.
What can I do, have I missed my chance to take the exam?
I previously sat the AZ-900 and had no problems.
