Subscription Lists and Marketing Forms

Hi,

This is not entirely clear to me. Can you link a single marketing form to multiple subscription lists? Or do you have to create a new marketing form for each subscription list?

We use marketing forms for our website and would like to use one form for all of our eBook form submissions but we need the submissions, depending on the eBook title, to follow a different email communication journey. As I understand it, we can do this if our form is linked to a subscription centre and specific subscription list. Is that correct?
