Team mates unable to view the calendar activities

User is trying to start activating the Intranet SharePoint together with local Managers in the markets. In order to do so, User is facing two challenges to overcome:

When include an activity in the calendar, it only shows on the Intranet homepage and not in the calendar itself. Ideally people would open/view the full calendar and see multiple activities on different days throughout the year (from different markets).
Managers from different countries/markets to be able to upload activities in the calendar. How can user do so without giving them editing rights for the full website? Would it be possible to just open the calendar to everyone?

Just to clarify, when creating an activity, user like the activity to be visible in the calendar.

However, right now once created the activity, it doesn’t show up in the calendar.

    Hi @Sai Kiran Keshamouni ,
    You can only grant them edit permissions at this list level. Managers from different countries/markets can upload events in the calendar but cannot see other information in the site(The display effect diagram is as follows).
    Here are steps:

    1. List settings->permission for this list
    2. Stop Inheriting Permissions->Grant permissions(invite managers)->share
      Since we can't reproduce your situation(activity doesn’t show up in the calendar), we need to narrow down the problem and try some things.
    3. You could try to clear browser cache then restart it.
    4. Try to use a different browser(Edge,Firefox,Chrome) or your browser's InPrivate mode to see if the same error occurs.
    5. Are other users with permissions facing the same problem? View through another computer or account.
    6. If you created a calendar view in the list,whether all SharePoint calendar views have the same problem? You could create a new view to check.
    7. Check if the same issue occurs with other SharePoint site collections.
