MS - 700 Exam Results not showing

Good day

Please can you assist or advise, I wrote the MS- 700 exam (Managing Microsoft Teams) on Thursday last week which was the 25 August 2022 but my results still says "score pending" it normally takes 24-48 hours to appear on the certification's dashboard but mine isn't showing still.

What can I do?
