while trying to install SQL Server 2017 cluster service pack1 its giving error :

Exit message: The directory 'd:\56d1f98125de24a1d36bba039e1733\' doesn't exist.
The service pack exe file is situated in C:\ drive but the d:\ was offline as SQL Server service got offline during service pack installation and the above error is coming.
Could you please help how can I proceed?

Thanks, Olaf for considering my question, I have already pasted the error above. is there any other error also that I need to look at?
First SQL Server service got offline due to which D:\ drive also got offline and service pack tries for D:\ drive which it does not find.
What should I do now?

I may be missing something, but if D:\ got offline during installation, why not make sure that it comes back and then try again?
I have tried two times but the same error was received.
1.) There is no ServicePack for SQL Server 2017 there are only Cumulative Updates... but that is just the wording and not your trouble
2.) Normally, you should follow the recommendations:
So, there won't be any unexpected disk movement during an update.
