I'd check that the pc has "Pro" version and that virtualization is enabled in cmos setup.

how can i check version
You can run winver
and that virtualization is enabled ?
Check the motherboard manual about this.
I think Microsoft nerfed something in latest Windows 11 update. My Bluestacks was working fine, virtualization is enabled on BIOS, etc. Now Bluestacks doesn't work after latest Windows 11 install. I checked winver, and it's Home edition, but it was working before. Now "Hyper-V" is NOT showing up in "Turn Windows Features On or Off". But "Windows Hypervisor Platform" choice is still there, and in task manager, Virtualization is still enabled.
Microsoft... what did you do this time?
Update: Upgrading to latest Bluestacks does NOT fix the problem. However, I did find out that Microsoft has added "Windows Subsystem for Android(TM). I found the app I wanted to use on Amazon's App Store by searching for it in Microsoft's store and scrolling to the bottom (not very intuitive to find). So, now I can run my desired app on Windows 11 without Bluestacks... but to nerf Bluestacks to force me to use their way? Not cool Microsoft... just sayin...
