I refund microsoft azure subscription and got email from microsoftdb.azureconnection@Stuff .com says that i must add 115$ to make refund process , after that , i must add more 311$ to make refund process ,

is it scam ?

    Sounds like it. Azure support would never be using a gmail account.

    All Azure customers have access to billing and subscription management support. Technical support is available to customers with a support plan.
