I had previously taken another Microsoft exam at home using OnVue and no issue at all. I passed the exam PL-900 on 12 August 2022. So I thought I could do the same and take the exam at home without traveling to a test centre. Please assist.
Exam using OnVue - We're currently downloading your exam files: 0%
Hi, I had contacted OnVue Customer service and the agent told me to provide details so that he can create a case regarding my query which will be reviewed by the program Coordinators and they will resolve the Case and get back to me via Email. I replied in the chat window but no confirmation given to me.
I scheduled my Teams MS700 exam at home on 3 Sep 2022 at 2:30pm. I checked in at 2:02pm and got the exam access code. Submitted my photos in mobile OnVue, then waited over 20 mins in OnVue which shows "We're currently downloading your exam files: 0%", then I tried to contact using bot and then agent replied and rescheduled my exam to 4 Sep 2022 at 8:30am.
On 4 Sep 2022, I tested the system with OnVue and passed all the tests. I checked in at 8am as my exam is 8:30am, then again same problem, stuck at "We're currently downloading your exam files: 0%". I called hotline and also waited very long at the chat window until agent replied. But now the agent over 20 mins after I replied the questions below, the agent busy until never come back to give me a confirmation.
Please confirm the following details:
- Access code of the exam.
- Operating system which you are using.
- Have you passed the system test?
- When did the issue occurred (pre greet/ during greet/ during exam)?
- Is your exam revoked or abandoned by you?
- Had you attempted troubleshooting?
I need help as the exam date has past the date/time I scheduled, and I could not find the exam voucher to re-schedule. The OnVue helpdesk did not give me a confirmation email. Please assist.
I hope I can still take the exam because I spent so much time studying, this is wasting my time.
