    I dont think there is, the only Azure Monitor specification is for the Gateway server: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/agents/gateway#set-up-your-system

    You will need to refer to the minimum spec for the OS on those platforms you specify (and meet those minimum requirements), like: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/pricing/details/virtual-machines/series/

    Unofficially, from my experience, my numbers are:

    • 4GB of Ram
    • <5% cpu
    • 5GB disk - this could end up more if the agent has queuing issues but generally speaking this number works for me.

    IMO, that's a comfortable assumption for a variety of combinations of expected add-on agents such as:
    Azure Arc
    Defender for Endpoint
    Azure AMA
