Sudden black screen after 5 hour use, reboots
Has now happened twice late after closing a few applications including a game I have a black screen and then forces a reboot of the computer.
Running Windows 10.
I have the following from event viewer:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff8063d40db61, 0xfffffd8c77f9f228, 0xfffffd8c77f9ea60). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 37f44182-5cd6-446d-b3aa-bd4c175e8cc7.
This from Windbg:
SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (7e)
This is a very common BugCheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff8063d40db61, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: fffffd8c77f9f228, Exception Record Address
Arg4: fffffd8c77f9ea60, Context Record Address
