I am using exchange 2016 hybrid environment, we create users in onprem and migrate to exchange online.
i have a user lets say user1@Company portal .com and user1 is not available for 4 months. i have a requirement to share all user1's mailbox folders i.e inbox, personal folders, subfolders to another user i.e user2@Company portal .com. experts please help me with the powershell syntax to share user1's folders to user2

To share user1’s folders to user2, what you need to do is using the powershell with the command of “Add-MailboxPermission -Identity “user1@Company portal .com” -User user2@Company portal .com -AccessRights FullAccess -InheritanceType All” to give “Full Access” permission to user2.
