Is it possible to configure azure app service with private endpoint behind azure frontdoor?

I have app service with private endpoint configured. All I want to achieve is using that app service as a backend in azure frontdoor. Will that be possible?

Is private endpoint created in the azure frontdoor managed by microsoft?

I configured the app service with azure frontdoor premium, but the private endpoint created is in the different subscription. I wonder why it was not created in the same subscription?
