Can't delete a purview account using the portal.

I have tried to delete my Purview account on multiple occasions with no success. Now the status of the account is set to deleting and has remained so for the last couple of days. Any help getting rid of this account would be much appreciated!

Have you tried deleting the purview account using programatic way using Azure PowerShell/CLI or REST API.
PowerShell:
Remove-AzPurviewAccount -Name test-pa -ResourceGroupName test-rg
Azure CLI:az purview account delete --name "account1" --resource-group "SampleResourceGroup"
REST API:DELETE https://management.azure.com/subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/resourceGroups/{resourceGroupName}/providers/Microsoft.Purview/accounts/{accountName}?api-version=2021-07-01In case, if you are still unable to delete it - kindly share the error message which you are getting using programatic way.
