How to remove reviewers names from comments?

I have been collaborating on a document. I need to submit it to the student for a revision. However, there are multiple names in the comments from my colleagues, and I would like to remove other people's names or make them anonymous so it is not confusing to the learner to see so many different names commenting on the document. Is there a way to do that? I know how to change my OWN name, but I'm looking for a way to remove OTHER people's names from their comments. The menus have evidently changed from the previous version of Word for Mac because I can't find anything about inspecting the document or removing personal info. There used to be a way (I thought) to change it to "author". Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Yes, the menus have changed & what you're looking for has been moved to what IMO is an absolutely ridiculous new home :-)

With the document open go to the Review tab, then click the Protect Document button (or go to Tools> Protect Document). The check box for Remove personal information from this file on save is at the very bottom.

    For Word 2016, I had to go to File --> Check for Issues -->Inspect Document

    Then I only select the 2nd box from the top: Document Properties and Personal Information.  (Don't select the first one regarding Comments as it will remove the actual comment, not just the author).

    Select "Inspect" then "Remove All."  

    At first it may appear to have done nothing.  You must save your document.  All of the authors names should now be listed as "author."

    #Brandi# How do you change your name? My wife used my copy of word to edit a document that is going into a peer reviewed journal and needs to change the track changes version to be HER name instead of mine. Do you know how to do that?
