Windows 11 High CPU usage and crashing

I just upgrade to Windows 11. When clicking the start icon it give high CPU usage and PC freeze and crash. Any solution?

2. Establish a Clean Boot to see if that resolves it:

3. Run System File Checker/DISM in WIndows 11:
