Windows 12 Release Date?

Windows 12 will likely be released in the fall of 2024. This new operating system codenamed "Next Valley", will replace Windows 11. Microsoft has already shown off a prototype desktop design for Windows 12. Lock screen and notification center changes and artificial intelligence integration are expected in this design. However, it should not be forgotten that Microsoft has not yet officially announced Windows 12 and a release date has not been announced as of February 2023. The 2024 date reflects Microsoft's internal thinking and may be moved forward or changed entirely. Additionally, the operating system name may not be “Windows 12”; because we were expecting Windows 9 after Windows 8, but Microsoft directly presented Windows 10. Similarly, the operating system, which initially started as Windows 10X for dual-screen devices, eventually evolved into Windows 11. Windows 12's 2024 release target is based on information heard from inside sources by Windows journalist Zac Bowden at Windows Central. According to these inside sources, Microsoft is targeting a three-year release cycle for Windows versions. If Microsoft sticks to these plans and the sources are accurate, we can expect Windows 13 in the fall of 2027 and Windows 14 in the fall of 2030

If I know when Microsoft said Windows 10 should be "the last version," so they meant they'd focus on continuous updates instead of big releases, right? And now, we should have new version of Windows every 3 years? I wonder how other Windows will turn out. :D

If Microsoft keeps its trend, Windows 12 will be good, Windows 13 will be bad, Windows 14 will be good, and so on...
