Yes, teams has an issue with the incoming recording format of your camera. Teams also does not accept 4k video and 60p. In my camera (a7iii), the recording formats are XAVC S 4K, XAVC S HD and AVCHD. I changed it to XAVC S or AVCHD (one or the other) and it worked.
Cam Link 4K not working with Microsoft Teams
Every time I try to connect my camera via the Cam Link 4K (a supported piece of hardware for teams) to Teams, it shows a black box rather than the feed from my camera. However the cam link works with other applications such as Zoom and Discord. How do I fix this?

2021-02-02T20:18:14+00:00 Just wondering whether this problem has been fixed? My version of MS Teams still cannot see the Elgato Camlink 4K camera, even though I just downloaded and installed the latest versions of both Teams and the Elgato software & drivers. Maybe there is a workaround?
If not, it is extraordinarily disappointing. In the current climate, I cannot fathom how Microsoft would allow Teams to fail to work with such a widely used webcam solution, especially given how important videoconferencing is now, and with the problem having been known about for so long.

2020-09-22T22:36:40+00:00 I also have this issue. The video feed shows properly in my preview inside of Teams so it looks like everything is working but everyone else just sees a black image.
The Camlink 4K also shows as USB Composite Device 4 for some reason also.
