Hi Priscila
Do you know the exact nature of the hardware problem detected by Memory Diagnostics?
If that was a memory problem then a stick of RAM may need to be replaced . . .

I just brought a new pc, the first day I have problems with it. The pc restarts and freezes by itself, so I decided to use the memory diagnostics tool. The problem was detected and it say that there was a hardware problem detected, and that I need to contact the computer manufacturer. I need to know if there is a solution to my problem and how to fix it.

To evaluate the computer environment please post logs for troubleshooting.
Using administrative command prompt copy and paste this whole command.
Make sure the default language is English so that the logs can be scanned and read.

The command will automatically collect the computer files and place them on the desktop.
Then use 7zip to organize the files and one drive, drop box, or google drive to place share links into the thread for troubleshooting.
This command will automatically collect these files: msinfo32, mini dumps, drivers, hosts, install, uninstall, services, startup, event viewer files, etc.
Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste the whole command:
copy %SystemRoot%\minidump\*.dmp "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop"&dxdiag /t %Temp%\dxdiag.txt© %Temp%\dxdiag.txt "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\SFdebugFiles"&type %SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts >> "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\hosts.txt"&systeminfo > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt"&driverquery /v > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\drivers.txt" &msinfo32 /nfo "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\msinfo32.nfo"&wevtutil qe System /f:text > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\eventlog.txt"® export HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\uninstall.txt"® export "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components" "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\installed.txt"&net start > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\services.txt"&REM wmic startup list full /format:htable >"%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\startup.html"&wmic STARTUP GET Caption, Command, User >"%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\startup.txt"
There is one file for you to find manually: dxdiag:
In the left lower corner search type: dxdiag > When the DirectX Diagnostic Tool opens click on the next page button so that each tab is opened > click on save all information > save to desktop > post one drive or drop box share link into the thread
The computer should be returned so that you have a new one without problems.
If you prefer to troubleshoot:
The easiest step is to remove the exposed RAM modules and re-seat them.
If there is DDR4 RAM run overnight: Memtest86 version 8.0 for 8 or more passes
If there is DDR3 RAM run overnight: Memtest86+ version 5.01 for 8 or more passes
Testing is not done by time but by passes.
The more the passes the better the testing conditions.
Just one error is a test fail and testing can be aborted.
The number of errors is unimportant.
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/14201-memtest86-test-ram.html
For all Memtest please use a camera or smartphone camera to take a picture of the results and post an image into the thread using a share link (one drive, drop box, or google drive)
Honestly I don't know much about pcs, when I tried to memory diagnostic the problem was that, the hardware problem detected. Then there's a blue screen saying ¨Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We´re just collecting some error info, and then you can restart¨. That happened to me twice.
If the problem is the Ram how can I replaced or how I do I fix it
Hi Priscila
If, by your own admission, you don't know much about PC's your best option would be to leave that into a Repair shop and have them replace the RAM. RAM is very cheap nowadays and is easy to replace, so that should not cost a lot to do . . .
There should be no problems with a brand new PC.
Please return it an get another new computer.
