Using new Outlook. Received an email with 50 photos attached. Is there a way to save all 50 at once to a file or do I have to save each one individually ?

I totally agree with @Phil, useless "improvement" to me this .zip approach. I hope they take it back to previous behavior.

Is there any way to download all the files directly (not as a .zip)? (Similar to the old "Save all attachments"?)

Yeah, probably not a single person but the OP is looking for Outlook to zip all the attachments, this should not be the default setting. It's adding 3 steps to every exchange I have via email ever since I started using "New" Outlook.

If I find the answer, I'll be back with an update.

Save all attachments button doesn’t even work. This is pointless. Great system.

I get the option to select "all files" in that dialogue box, but as GabrielRE said, it still only creates a single .zip file - not multiple .pdfs, etc. It looks like yours will do the same - the file name is the email subject "RE_D..." - not the individual attachment file names.
