    Maybe the firewall/antivirus/registry is blocking it...You can try download it manually as i've given you the link.Reply with the results.

    Oh good, I'm not the only one having that problem. With me the patch appears to install, but when I reboot my computer the patch stalls out at 35%. The only thing I can do after it stalls is push the power button and then let the system revert back. This is really getting tiring having Microsoft push out bad updates during their patch cycle.
