Unable to unblock Contact in teams

The contact got auto blocked via Teams mobile app. Have tried unblocking a contact. But Teams does not allow from settings or from the contact properties .

Contact NAME:

Unblock We can't unblock this person at the moment. Try again later. Via Mobile app only block option works on the chat, unable to accept the chat .

Cleared the teams cache as well. But not allowing to unblock. i see Red slash with circle screen. Unable to make calls or chat via mobile n desktop app.

    Thank you for the response. I'm using free version of teams in office. Have tried both the steps mentioned in the Link.

    Via ... Unblock and also from settings--> privacy--> edit blocked contact --> unblock . Leads to below red font error.

    " We can't unblock this person at the moment. Try again later. "

    No People option for me. My PC is Windows 10

    Have cleared the teams cache, logged out of teams n rebooted both mobile and Desktop device.

    Only on Desktop device i'm unable to chat or call the contact .

    Thank you for the update, Mamta. By any chance, have you tried this method by logging in through Teams web version?

    Open Microsoft Teams Web using Edge browser and login to: https://teams.live.com

    Once logged in, Select Settings and more More options button near your profile picture.

    Select Settings Settings button.

    Select Privacy, then select Edit blocked contacts.

    Find the contact you want, then select Unblock.
