How to DISABLE taskbar transparency in Windows 8?

I am running a Windows 8 system on my computer. I found that I couldn't disable taskbar transparency.

I want to make it seem better with the whole system style without tranparency.

I searched a lot on the internet and tried creating a new theme named Areo Lite, but failded.

Is there any other way to reach the purpose?

As far as I know, there's no native way to do this within Windows 8.
However, if you install the $4.99 Start8
    (http://www.stardock.com/products/start8/) it can do this.

Start8 has other good features; as far as I'm concerned, the most
valuable is bringing back the Start Orb and its menu.

Classic Shell will do the same, and has other enhancements as well as being free.

Classic Shell can also get rid of taskbar transparency?
