Hello there! I am Charity, I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you today!

May I ask what is the make and model of your Laptop, or your Desktop's motherboard?

Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.

Type msinfo32 and press Enter. This opens the System Information window.

In the System Summary section, look for the following:

System Summary: View general information such as the operating system version, processor details, and installed memory (RAM)..

BaseBoard Manufacturer: This is your motherboard's manufacturer.

BaseBoard Product: This is your motherboard's model number.

    Kind Regards,

    Charity

I've been trying to connect my headphones to my laptop but they don't show up when I try connecting them with Bluetooth. I tried what you said but it didn't seem to do anything.
