Outlook Search does not function

We have several instances of the following error presenting itself in Outlook. It is affecting a wide range of different office suites. We have rebuilt indexing locally and on the exchange servers. That did not resolve the issue. Could you provide some guidance? This appears to be a widespread problem. Thank you,

MSP here too. Can you tell us if your exchange provider is Intermedia?

We have gone ahead and implemented the "DisableServerAssistedSearch" registry key via GPO as a workaround for the time being. Click "Let's look on your computer instead" does provide the search results as well.

We have implemented this change on our servers as well. Hoping to get an official response from Microsoft about this, as I know of plenty of other companies dealing with this right now.

I work for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and we've noticed a good number of our clients are having this issue.

Hopefully we'll see a resolution from MS soon. Glad to hear we're not the only ones.

I was researching this as our exchange users kept reporting this error on our domain. I implemented the stated above temporary fix until we see an official response from Microsoft on this. If it helps at all disabling cached mode does a similar action and does stop reporting the error but is by no means an actual fix.
