Hi BeauPritchard,
I'm Amr, an independent advisor.
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your AirPods Pro 2 on your Windows.
Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
- Check the Bluetooth connection
Make sure your AirPods are properly paired with your PC. If they're already paired, try unpairing and then re-pairing them.
- Update your Bluetooth drivers
Outdated or corrupted Bluetooth drivers can cause connection issues. You can update your Bluetooth drivers from the Device Manager.

- Reset your AirPods
Sometimes, resetting your AirPods can help resolve connection issues. To reset your AirPods, put them in their case and close the lid. Wait for about 30 seconds, then open the lid. Press and hold the button on the back of the case until the status light flashes amber a few times and then finally flashes white.
- Check the audio output
Make sure your PC is set to use your AirPods as the audio output device.
You can check this in the Sound settings.
- Disable the Hands-free Telephony service
Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers. Right-click on your AirPods and select Properties.
Go to the Services tab and uncheck the Hands-free Telephony option.
- Update your PC
Make sure your PC is up-to-date with the latest Windows updates.
