    Hello Bruno Dreyfus,

Thanks for reply. According to our previous suggestion, both users need to delete this affected meeting from OWA (Outlook Web App) but seems meeting was deleted from Outlook, so could you please check the current issue status of this issue?

If still issue persist, would like to suggest you to open Outlook Web App (OWA)-> Calendar-> check affected meeting is visible, if yes, please delete that affected meeting from OWA and check the result.

Further Automatically process meeting requests and responses to meeting requests and polls box helps to prevent any meeting and poll responses from showing up in your inbox unless an attendee has responded with a comment. All other requests are processed automatically and the original meeting invite is updated to show tracking information.

If you clear this checkbox, you'll see a message in your inbox for every attendee's response.

To do so: Open the recipient’s Outlook: File-> Options-> mail-> Tracking-> uncheck Automatic process meeting request and response to meeting request and polls and check the result.

    Thanks and Regards,

    Ankita Vaidya
