Hi 188_RITIK LATH,

Thank you for choosing Microsoft forum.

Regarding your concern, would you please consider checking the following aspects.

  1. Try to sign in Teams web app via your current device to check if the network quality is good.
  2. Go to Task Manager to check the utilization of CPU and Memory to further determine if the bad network is related with device. If the utilization of CPU and Memory is high, it might influence your network. If it's not, check if your device meets Hardware requirements for Microsoft Teams. If your device doesn't meet the hardware requirements, consider switching to another device to see if the issue persists.
  3. You can also try to Ping some public IP address via Command Prompt during the time when you're in a Teams call to verify your Internet access quality.
  4. Apart from that "there always shows a bad network quality in a meeting", what's your exact experience for the network in Teams?
  5. Clear Teams cache if necessary.

For Windows:

  1. Go to System (C:) > Users > Your name > AppData > Roaming > Microsoft > Teams. Please clear content in the following folders.

  %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\application cache\cache

  %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\blob_storage

  %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Cache

  %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\databases

  %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\GPUcache

  %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\IndexedDB

  %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Local Storage

  %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\tmp

  1. Once completed, close Teams client and restart your computer.

For Mac:

  1. Quit Microsoft Teams.
  2. Delete files in following folders.

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Application Cache/Cache”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/blob_storage”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Cache”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/databases”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/GPUCache”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/IndexedDB”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Local Storage”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/tmp”

  1. Restart Microsoft Teams.

Hope this helps! Thank you.

For your reference:

Sincerely,

Qian
