Are you referring to Microsoft Account?

Open start and search for Credential Manager and open it, you will see Web Credential and Windows Credential and depending on what are you looking for, you may check your password.

Reza, thanks again for your quick reply. Maybe I am showing my ignorance, but here is my situation and reason I wish to locate passwords stored in my Windows system. If there is nothing stored there, then I need a pointer to solve this dilemma:

I have 3 Windows systmes here in my home, and I subscribe to MS365 which enables up to 5 users to share a single MS365 subscription. When I initially installed MS365, I learned that the Outlook email accounts were automtically configured to sychnorize across all 3 PCs (actually one desktop and two laptops). Everything worked as expected for the past couple years. Recently however, I had a technical issue with system #3 which resulted in a total renewal (i.e. deletion of all installed apps and files followed by a new install of Win10 home. When I attempted to reload MS365 I learned that the automatic installation process for Outlook 365 failed, thus I am faced with the chore of manually configuraing my Outlook app on that single Laptop before I can have the desired synched email funtionality across the three systems.

As I attempt to manually configure the Outlook appl, I am required to manually enter my Outlook password. I have misplaced my Outlook password, so rather than to create a new password and propigate it to all three systems, I am interested to learn if that password in stored in one of my synched PCs and if so, how do Ilocate and view it so that I can simply key it into my manual Outlook install on the 3rd system in my Outlook community.

I can't make it any simpler, so I hope you understand what I am trying to do, and I why I seek a view of my outlook password if it is stored in one of my operational Outlook PCs.

Please advise if I am off base, or if you know of a simple answer for a Dummy.

Thank you for your reply. Maybe I need to clarify my issue, as follows: I need to locate passwords stored in my Windows system. I am familiar with the Credential Manager,and I have found the online passwords posted there, but the windows passwords are not visible in Credential Manager. How can I locate and view the stored passwords in my desktop Windows system?

Are you referring to the password you are using to login to Windows?

May I know why are you looking for it?

In case, you are administrator, then you may reset password for other accounts.

When you have Microsoft 365 account, you will be able to add users and each user would be able to login with their own email, so there is no need to enter your password in each device. Normally, passwords will be stored in the Credential Manager, such password will store as encode and accessing them is not easy and they are encoded. It is better to add email account for users and ask them to login with their own email instead of login with your own email.
