Email signatures not working properly after update on or near 6/4

We have several people in the office working out of the same order boxes. We all had our own signatures that were autofilling on all of our emails we sent. After the update last week on the 4th or 5th, there can be only one signature assigned. When one of us sets our signature, that signature shows up on all of our emails. It worked fine before that update.

    Dear Mike Gilbach,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Based on your description, I understand that you have a query "Email signatures not working properly after update on or near 6/4". Before we proceed, we need more detailed information about the situation you are experiencing.

Please help us in isolating the issue by providing the following information:

    1. What version of Outlook are you using? Go to File > Office account > About Outlook. See What version of Outlook do I have? (microsoft.com)
    2. Have you tried disabling roaming option to check if can help? When you enable Outlook to store your settings in the cloud, settings for your Microsoft 365 account will automatically roam across all your devices that use Outlook for Windows. After disabling roaming options, changes you make in Outlook options will now only be applied to the local device. Refer to Outlook roaming options - Microsoft Support.
    3. If the issue persists, could you please use the registry settings to turn off the cloud signatures and see if any change happens? Go to RegEdit and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Setup and create "DisableRoamingSignaturesTemporaryToggle" (DWORD) and change the value to 1.

We look forward to hearing from you; Please understand that our initial reply may not always immediately resolve the issue. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution. Thank you for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

De Paul | Microsoft Community Moderator

The RegEdit procedure did not work. Signatures are still crossing over.

    Dear Mike Gilbach,

Apologize for late reply and thank for your reply with the answers to the requested troubleshooting information.

Basically, there are two Registry settings to disable the feature, if the first one doesn't work, it appears that the settings are in Group policy, please use the second also as in Outlook roaming signatures - Microsoft Support; setting this DWORD value to 1 will disable the feature and prevent signature migration upon rollout. Device administrators can choose to use its corresponding Group Policy location to the same effect:

    • Path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Setup
    • DWORD: DisableRoamingSignatures
    • Value: 1

This signature settings were last modified on June 6 as shared on Microsoft 365 Roadmap | Microsoft 365, and it may be the reason why you are experiencing this issue.

In the case that you have any more queries or issues, please do not be hesitant about posting on the Microsoft Community Team. We are pleased to assist you. Your cooperation and kindness are much appreciated. Stay Safe!

    Sincerely,
