Passwords are stored in a file called Login Data. If you're lucky, you have a previous version of this file, which you could use to restore your lost passwords.

    1. Close down Edge completely.
    2. Copy the black line: "%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Edge\User Data"
    3. Right-click on the start button and select Run to open a Run box.
    4. Paste into the box (e.g. press Ctrl-V) and press Enter.
This should open a File Explorer window at the folder containing your user profile.
    5. In the search box in the top right-hand corner of the window, type name:"Login Data" and press Enter.
This should reveal all existing instances of the file called Login Data. Find the most recent one that is not empty (i.e. its Size is not 0). Right-click on it and select Copy.
    6. Click the left arrow ← at the left-hand end of the address bar to return to the User Data file/folder listing.
    7. Open the folder called Default and paste the copied file into it. Replace the existing file if you're given a choice.
    8. Close File Explorer, launch Edge and check the passwords page edge://settings/passwords.

    Hello TUẤN,
I am Jaspreet Singh an independent advisor.
Were the passwords synced to Microsoft account?
Secondly was internet not connected at the time of removal?
If both these are true you might be able to get your synced passwords by logging out and then back into edge browser which may return the synced data back.
    Open Microsoft Edge.
Click on your profile image in the right-hand corner.
    Click Manage profile settings.
    Click Sign Out.
Choose whether to also clear your favorites, history, and passwords when you sign out by clicking the tick box.
    Click Sign Out.

Then restart your system and login again. ( This is the only option you have )
