Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
That's why I'm trying to figure out how I can get in touch with some support at Microsoft. I can't find a way to talk to MS support.

I'm trying to purchase Microsoft 365 Business Basic and move my email here, but it says my account is managed by my organization. I'm a one-man show, so the company is mine and I'm the admin, but my account doesn't have admin access. I have a feeling I setup something a couple years ago to check out Office365 that is messing me up. Again, I'm the only user and I would have used the same email address for my account back then that I'm logging in with now. I've only ever used this one email address. My company doesn't have an active paid subscription and probably only ever had a free one that I was checking out a good while ago. I have no idea how to contact anyone at Microsoft to resolve this.

You need to have admin writes on your win login account

Thanks for your response. Yes, that's where I'm trying to purchase from. I logon with my existing MS Account during setup, which is my company email, and it tells me "this account is managed by your organization. You'll either need to use a different email or contact your organization administrators to purchase on your behalf." Please remember that I am a one-man show and don't have others that would be administering my account. I am aware that I don't get the desktop apps with this account. It seems like I need someone at MS to figure out how to make me an admin of my account so I can go through with the purchase, but I don't see a number to call or even a support email or form. Thanks again!
