My locked taskbar overlaps maximized windows.
My locked taskbar covers the bottom of all my maximized windows. I don't want to auto-hide my taskbar if I can help it, I like my taskbar locked. But when it is locked, I can't access the bottom of any window, be it a word document, my music player, or my internet browser.

I would suggest you to resize the task bar and check if it helps.

Yes, increasing the size and then decreasing it does fix it but it's not really ideal to keep doing this is it? In other words, it's a bug that Microsoft hasn't/can't be bothered to fix.
