Good day!

I have a suggestion to make an opportunity to hide participants of the specific Team. Maybe this opportunity already exist, then I need  your help to find it)

For example, I want to create one Team with different hidden channels, and one part of this Team shouldn't see another part of the same Team. And I also cant divide this Team into two Teams, because it will create a lot a duplicated Teams and it will greatly complicate business processes.

But inside one Channel it isnt a problem if users will see each other.

I discover all settings of MS Teams and didnt find something similar.

So I really need your help or some updates from Microsoft!!=)

Hello Torsus,

According to my knowledge, it is not feasible to make some team members invisible for other members. Regarding to the hidden channels you mentioned, Teams automatically shows the five most popular channels in every new team you join. The rest of the channels are still available to all the team members.

As per your requirement, I think you may try Private channels. Private channels create focused spaces for collaboration within your teams. Only the private channel members can see and access the channels. For more details, you can refer to this article: Private channels in Microsoft Teams

Hope the information above helps!

Regards,

Rick
