Fps drops in all games.

I Have a 1050, i5 3570, asrock b75m, 8gb ram but different, one with xmp, one 1600mhz, the other 1333mhz, different voltage, SSD, hdd and it makes me stutter in all games, low/high it doesn't matter what I give, why it sttutering me in all games? I changed almost everything, before I had a lenovo motherboard with i5-2500 and it worked the same as now. I don't bother him, what could be wrong with him?

    Did you monitor the temperature of the system while you are gaming and when the FPS drops?

    High temperature on the system can cause FPS drops and performance drops on the system.

    Also, try to use 1 RAM stick at a time and check if that would have an effect on this issue.

    I don't have high temperatures, on cs gpu is used between 25 40 and cpu 50 60 usage. Temps has fine 47 gpu, 55 cpu. with a ram stick I only have 4 gb and it runs worse.

    What games are you usually playing and what graphic settings is the game set on?

    Also, are you playing online games or offline games?
